Avoid windy, cold or hot sun for lasting balloons.

Please note that, the rubber ones can only last for 8-9 hours while the foil can last.

Kindly arrange your time for the balloons as the balloons’ lifespan start the moment when the crews inflate the balloons.

We will try our best to arrange delivery after your confirmation and payment.

Last minute changing of delivery venue is NOT allowed.

As we are based in KL, we do not do delivery to other states, however, if you would want us to arrange, we will quote you a delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund is NOT allowed after we inflated the balloons or only in exceptional case/ consequences. 

Refund can only be in goods exchange.
