SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
At épanouj, we are committed to deliver your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. We will also make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of each flower bouquet according to the picture provided by us, considering the overall shape, size, style and colour combination. However, due to the nature, seasonality and regional availability of flowers, sometimes it is necessary for us to make substitutions of equal or greater value to create your bouquet. Of course, great care is taken to maintain the style and we may reach out to you and further discuss about the details.
Note that if the flower-product was picked up by buyer but only to be sent to the recipient the next day or after, the buyer is responsible to keep the flowers fresh and we will not be liable for the buyer’s neglect or mistreatment towards the flowers. Please ensure that the flowers are kept in a cold and well-ventilated area. Buyers must not leave the bouquet in anywhere that may be suffocating, hot, damp and under the sun. Besides, we are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. There will be no refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Same day delivery is unavailable, hence kindly place your order at least 2 days in advance. Do specify the delivery date and time clearly. Most of the time, we will utilise Lalamove for delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the product in a safe place, such as guard house or a neighbour or counter desk, where the recipient can retrieve when they return.
Note that during major floral holidays, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we are will try our very best to accommodate with any specific time you require, but we are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Should any customer place an order with épanouj then decided to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made at least 2 days prior to the delivery of the order, or else no refund will be issued. Nonetheless, cancellations will not be accepted if you place an order but provides incorrect receiver’s delivery information (such as wrong delivery address). If this is the case, you shall notify us and provide us with the correct information, but note that extra delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
All goods sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers. Strictly no returns if you simply have a change in mind or wishes to change the design. Returns are only available when:
- Incorrect products have been sent to you. If this is the case, you shall notify us of the error on the day of delivery and we will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. Also, the correct goods will be delivered immediately with no extra delivery fees incurred by the buyer.
- Products are damaged when they arrived to you. If this is the case, you shall notify us on the day of delivery. Note that, we reserve the right to request images of original goods for our records, and no replacement will be made if the original goods have been disposed or the image is not produced.
