1. Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday within our coverage area in KL & Selangor
2. Any cancellation or changes to the order, you are required to inform our team at least 1 day prior to the delivery date.
3. All our items are shipped by an appointed third party delivery partner, it will be a responsibility between our delivery partner and the customer during the transition.
4. HELIUM BALLOON DELIVERY – Please ensure someone will be there to receive the order at the earliest time slot that is chosen.
For eg: 10am-2pm, please ensure that there will be someone there within 10am-2pm. Note that our delivery partner waiting time is only 15mins.
5. To re-deliver the orders, charges will be incurred.
6. Orders will be delivered on requested time slots, unless due to unforeseen circumstances, for instance, raining heavily, traffic jam, or any other occurrences happened during the delivery, therefore the actual delivery time will be delayed. Neither the delivery company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any losses incurred for the delay of delivery date or time.
7. Our third party delivery partner coverage area changes from time to time, If you have placed an order but it is out of our coverage area, Our management has the right to cancel and refund the placed order, with prior notice given to customers.
8. We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect address and contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This includes no recipient is around to receive the product during the delivery time.
9. You also need to ensure that the receiver mobile number is reachable on the delivering date. There will be a time when the driver needs to confirm the receiver’s attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery. Also there will be a time when the driver needs to contact you or the receiver when they are not able to locate the delivery address provided and thus need your guidance. In such a case, if the receiver’s contact number is not reachable or unanswered, we or our delivery partner will not be responsible for any delay caused to or similar to above reasons.
1. Orders that have already been placed are not refundable & returnable.
2. We practice one-to-one replacement should there be any problem with our products upon delivery or self pick-up.
3. Upon delivery or acceptance of the product, full responsibility goes to the receiver.
4. Any cash refund to your bank will incur a deduction of 5% bank processing fee from the purchase total amount.
