Please note that the balloons can hold up for quite sometime. Dont worry!

Avoid windy, cold or hot sun for lasting balloons.

Please note that, the bubble transparent balloon will lasts about at least a day while the rubber ones can only last for 8-9 hours.

Kindly arrange your time for the balloons as the balloons’ lifespan starts the moment when the crews inflate the balloons.

Delivery Details

Not applicable on Sundays at the moment.

However, you may contact us via 012-6226 936 or 010-4286779 for details.

We will try our best to arrange delivery after your confirmation and payment. 

Please plan ahead to avoid the unnecessariness (late arrival, wording errors, wrong colour combo etc.)



Shipping Policy

Last minute changing of delivery venue is NOT allowed.

As we are based in KL, we do not do delivery to other states, however, if you would want us to arrange, we will quote you a delivery.

Refund Policy

Refund is NOT allowed after we inflated the balloons or only in exceptional case/ consequences. 

Refund can only be in goods exchange.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
