- A free message card will be provided for every order. Do note that the message card can only fit in LESS than 50 words.
- Order in advance up to 1-2 days before delivery is preferred but we do accept same-day orders depending upon the availability of flowers & delivery slots. Same-day deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday for orders made before 12pm daily.
- The shape, colour and size of the flower may differ from the picture as every flower grow differently and also subject to that particular week's shipment.
- For tulips, as not every colour is always available, hence, we encourage you to pre-order at least 7 days ahead to get the exact colour you want.
- Schedule delivery time may be arranged subject to the dispatcher’s availability. Do notify us of the time that the recipient is unavailable under the remark column in order to maintain the efficiency of our deliveries.
- Should your goods be lost or damaged after delivery, we will not accept liability for this.
- For mixed flower arrangements, in the event that certain flowers are not available, we will replace with flowers of a similar value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
- For orders that are self-collected or own arranged deliveries, the customer is responsible for maintaining the freshness of the flowers. We will not be liable for the customer’s negligence or mistreatment of the flowers. Flowers love water, so do not forget to give your flowers water, keep them away from direct sunlight and store them in a cold & well-ventilated area to prolong their freshness.
All orders are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE as flowers are highly perishable items. Replacement or exchange would be entertained only if the flower products are received in a poor shape or form.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In the event, if we need to cancel your booking (which is very unlikely), or are unable to fulfil your order due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstance, and we are unable to find another suitable supplier, we will inform you in writing, and refund to you any amounts you have paid to us.
