Shipping Policy
Our current on deliveries are from Tuesday to Sunday EXCEPT for public holidays, unless stated otherwise.
Standard deliveries are available:
♥️ From Tuesday to Friday (between 10am to 4pm)
♥️ Saturday & Sunday (between 10am to 1pm)

RETURNS POLICY
We DO NOT accept any returns or exchange.
Food Items are highly perishable products.
Hence, return and/or refunds are generally not acceptable for food Items, except under the following Special Condition:
♥️ Unforeseen error from the our store (example - damaged, sent the wrong Item to you)
♥️ More than half of the the Items received are damaged
**In those situation, your item needs to have the receipt/proof of purchase for refunds and the payment will be refunded to the you according to section refunds policy.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY
Cancellation request MUST BE submitted 3 days before the requested delivery date and time. Once the item have be made, 50% of purchase price will be imposed.
**For Special condition listed under “Returns Policy”:
If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.
You will receive the credit within 14 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
