Delivery Details

We offer wide coverage of delivery within Klang Valley & Selangor areas.  And we are engaging Lalamove car driver to delivery, please refer to our delivery information page for more details.

Delivery hours are between 11am - 6pm.



Shipping Policy

Our flower deliveries are from Monday to Sunday ( 11am - 6pm) except for public holiday.

Although our team will try our best to ensure punctual delivery for each of our customers, Flos Cotidie will not held responsible if there’s any delivery arrives late due to any circumstances that is outside of Flos’ control.

In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us 6018-2199912. It’s the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 1 days before scheduled delivery date. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund.

Only delivers within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are available at the moment.

In order to change delivery address, please update your address details on the “My Account” section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address.
Please ensure this is done 24 hours day before the intended delivery day. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.

The customer is responsible to ensure that your recipient is present at the shipping address at the time of delivery. No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the shipping address as prescribed by the customer.

Refund Policy

Damage

Our team will try best to packed carefully to ensure they arrive as beautiful and as fresh as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions ( and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable (in very poor shape and/or more than 50% of the flowers wilted) upon receiving, please contact our customer care through WhatsApp +6018-2199912 to inform us immediately. Please note that you will need to send us photos of the damaged flowers within 1-2hours in order to be eligible for a refund.

All flowers are delicate and perishable, scars on petals may occur and they are not guaranteed to be completely flawless, therefore, return/ refund is NOT acceptable.

The recipient and/or the customer shall make a report to us within 2-3 hours upon receiving the item(s), or else, we shall not held responsible to it.

Flower availability and substitution 

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our supplier that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
