Delivery Details
Shipping Policy
1) The photographer will endeavour to deliver digital negative files within 2 - 3 weeks. However this could take up to 4-6 weeks during busy periods.
Refund Policy
1) A 50% of non-refundable booking fee will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the photographer's website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1) The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.
2) If a booking is cancelled by the Client less than two weeks of the starting time, the Photographer reserves the right to charge his full "NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT" for the assignment.
