We'll send out a photo for your order via watapps, wechat or any other contact that we used to contact with you to confirm the condition before we ship the item(s) out, kindly reply us once you noted on the photo or message.
Emyu Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please take photo for parcel's condition, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
