Delivery Details
Not applicable on Sundays at the moment.
However, if you really need it, make your order before 4pm on Saturdays so, we can arrange your order for Sundays.

We will try our best to arrange delivery after your confirmation and payment.

Shipping Policy
Last minute changing of delivery venue is NOT allowed.
As we are based in KL, we do not do delivery to other states, however, if you would want us to arrange, we will quote you a delivery.

Refund Policy
Refund is NOT allowed after we inflated the balloons or only in exceptional case/ consequences.Â
Refund can only be in goods exchange.
