Delivery Details




Shipping Policy

Self pick up is available only in KLANG at 10.30am - 6.00pm

There will be additional charges for delivery service depends on the location.

Delivery period is from 11am-6.00pm

Refund Policy

If there is any damage after opening the packaging, please send us a photo proof of the damaged product within 2 hours and we will take up to 24 hours to investigate this issue.

Once the issue is approved, please RETURN the product to us within 5 days then only we will do a REFUND. 


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION

We are absolutely feeling unfortunate to receive cancellation from customers. If customers wish to cancel or to re-route, please do so at least 2 days before the delivery date.

There will be NO refund issue for cancellation.
