Delivery method: by third parties delivery platform. 




Shipping Policy

  • Additional charges for delivery services depending on location 
  • If the flowers, fillers/ wrapper that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with content equal to original value
  • Delivery hours are between 10am – 5.30pm  (we only available on weekends)

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • To cancel your order or re-route delivery location, kindly inform us at least 2 days before delivery day

  • No refund will be issued for cancellation

  • In the event there is damage with the flowers, kindly liaise with us with a photo proof within 2 hours.  A replacement can be arranged accordingly
