Where do you ship?
We ship within Malaysia. If you do not see your location during checkout, please email us at info@buttandbloom.com.

When can I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped in 3-10 working days depending on delivery area as we will be shipping the items from abroad. You can refer to our shipping page here.

My order got sent back to sender. What do I do?
In cases where you did not manage to receive your item due to failed delivery, please let us know via email. Note that a re-shipping fee of RM8 - RM10 depending on location will incur.

Returns/Exchange & Cancellations

Can I cancel/amend my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing your order. To cancel your order, please email us at info@buttandbloom.com for us to process them for you. Unfortunately, any orders past 24 hours will be registered onto our system and we will not be able to cancel them. 

I received a defective item!
With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to info@buttandbloom.com for us to process a replacement for you right away.

I received the wrong order!
This might be a human error on our part so please send pictures to buttandbloom@gmail.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
