All our product listing normally is available. Sometimes if the flowers, fillers or wrapping paper that comprise the order are out of stock, the order will be substitute with content equal to original value.
Our business time between 10am - 8.30pm (Mon-Sun) and standard delivery time until 11am - 7.30pm. For same day delivery will depends on ready stock and please order before 2pm.
What happens if no one in home/office when flowers are delivered?
In case, if the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, our rider/driver may leave the flower & gifts in a safe place for the receiver to retrieve when they are return, such as with a receptionist (office), security guard or neighbour, before that of cause we will call for the receiver to inform that.
Incorrect address/ Re-delivery changes to address information or incorrect address after the order has been place resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a RM20 charges.
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. If it is determine that we did not make the delivery attempt, it is our policy that we will provide you with a refund.
If the flower you ordered are not the flower delivered, you may reject them and ask for a refund or replacement…
If you are not willing to accept a replacement because of the flower are for an occasion which will have passed by the time a replacement arrives then you are entitle to ask for a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Any customer place an order through theaislemarket.com and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be inform 2 days before delivery of the order (subjected to 15% cancellation fee). If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued.
Cancellation will not be accepted if a customer place an order but provide wrong information that prevents direct delivery, such as wrong office or home address. Customer can provide new information so that order can be properly delivered. If new address is outside of the delivery range and we cannot deliver it, only 50% of the order can be refunded.
Minnie Art Florist is not responsible for any order where the receiver refuse to accept the flower bouquet. We will not issued refunds to any customer where the receiver, for whatever reason will not accept the flower bouquet.
Returns will only be made if the bouquet is more than 60% poor shape of form. In case there is damage with the flower, please liaise with us with a photo to proof us within 2 hours. We will arrange a replacement accordingly.
