Delivery Details

Shipping Policy

** Delivery to office **
We will deliver to the receptionist or order recipients colleague;

** Delivery to apartment/ condominium **
We will contact receiver to collect from security office or management office;

** Delivery to collage/ university campus **
For delivery to college/university campus, we may contact sender or the order recipient to make arrangement to deliver to the order.

1)In the event that delivery is unable to be completed due to order recipient is not around during the delivery and due to the absence and/or non-acceptance of item(s) from the Alternative Recipients, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such event.

2) In the event that the item(s) are not delivered due to incorrect delivery details, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the item(s) and no refund shall be issued in such event.

Can I cancel/amend my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing your order. To cancel your order, please email us at for us to process them for you. Unfortunately, any orders past 24 hours will be registered onto our system and we will not be able to cancel them. 

I received a defective item!
With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to for us to process a replacement for you right away.

I received the wrong order!
This might be a human error on our part so please send pictures to and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
