Delivery Details

Shipping Policy

We deliver our products from Mondays to Sundays between 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (no specific delivery time)

In event of peak periods, our delivery service can be completed between 10.00am to 8.00pm. Customers will be informed should there be any delays.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postal code and contact number of the intended recipient, together with your contact number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Please note that it is your full responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the provided address to receive the product during the intended delivery date.

Please note that if the recipient may not be home to receive them, we recommend that you have the product to be delivered to their workplace instead.

Our delivery areas are physical addresses within Kuala Lumpur, and selected areas in Selangor. We do not deliver to other states at this moment. Under standard delivery procedure, we are unable to deliver any product addressed to a PO Box.

Please be aware that the delivery person will deliver the product to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address or if the recipient refuses or fails to return the product. If the recipient fails to make contact with us or the delivery person in good time, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to either the same address or an alternative address.

We do not guarantee the delivery to be on time and we shall not be held liable for any failure to perform in our obligations whereby such failure is a result of natural phenomena (severe weather conditions and natural disasters such as heavy rain, storm, flood etc.).

Refund Policy

Flower Availability and Substitution
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any flower supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Sizing are for reference purpose only, Kindly allow a few CM of difference as wrapping and flower blooms may affect measurement.
The product photos shown at The Aisle Market website, it might be slightly a little different in term of the colour due to the brightness & photo editings.

In the event of any supply difficulties (flower/ greenery & fillers/ wrapper/ ribbon), we will replace with flowers of a similar (or greater) value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Secret Floral will ensure that flowers are in good condition when they left us. However, there may be occasions that the flowers are damaged in transit. Should such an event occur, and the flowers are damaged to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact and inform us immediately. Please note that you will need to send us a photo of the damaged flowers within Two (2) hours of receiving the flowers and we will assist you on flower care instruction.
We will assess the damage of the flowers and if we deem the flowers are in poor shape or form, we shall arrange for replacement flowers to be delivered to you on our next available delivery date. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of flowers.
We are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item.
As flowers are highly perishable items, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refund or replacement only if the product arrives in very poor shape or form (more than 50% of the flowers are wilted or dead).

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

No refund for cancellation before 72 hours of the delivery date. However if
you wish to change the product / delivery date / message card (subject to 2
days advance of delivery date)
